What the portal stores

The portal stores account details, password hashes, profiles, resumes, saved jobs, applications, support enquiries, business quote requests, deployment assignments, attendance, agreed payment status, payroll references, communication activity and audit records. A business quote request can include contact details, company, service, locations, headcount, dates, budget range and the requirement brief. Administrators may also store private follow-up notes and deployment-level finance records. The portal uses a session cookie and temporary anti-abuse records. No advertising analytics are bundled.

Business enquiries

Business enquiry details are used to assess feasibility, contact the requester and prepare a service discussion or proposal. Do not submit government IDs, bank credentials, passwords or confidential examination material through the public form.

Candidate imports

An authorised Hireman administrator may import basic workforce profile details supplied for legitimate onboarding. Temporary passwords are hashed in the database and must be replaced at first sign-in. The one-time import result containing access details must be protected and shared only with the relevant candidate.

Who can see candidate information

Your candidate profile is not a public resume directory. Submitting an application shares a snapshot of your profile and your selected PDF resume with that job's employer and Hireman administrators. The employer sees your application contact details to coordinate hiring. Updating your profile later does not rewrite previous application snapshots.

Applications and withdrawal

You can withdraw an application. This blocks future employer resume downloads through that application and hides contact details in its applicant view. It cannot erase copies the employer already downloaded. Hireman retains the application record for coordination and dispute handling. Contact us for deletion or correction requests; the operator will review any retention obligations and backups.

Safe use

Do not upload government IDs, bank credentials or confidential examination materials. Resumes must be PDF files up to 2 MB. Report suspicious payment demands through support.

Notifications, communications and recovery

Updates appear inside your account. Administrator-reviewed WhatsApp and email drafts may be opened through the respective external service, and the portal records the candidate, channel and time for operational accountability. Password recovery can send a short-lived, one-time OTP to the registered email address. The OTP is stored only as a protected hash, expires after 10 minutes and is invalidated after use. The private recovery code remains an emergency backup.

Data requests

For access, correction, account deletion or questions about stored information, contact Hireman through support or the email above. The operator is responsible for responding, controlling retention and protecting backups.

Use of the portal is also subject to the platform terms.
